We operate a 24/7 program facility in Port St. Lucie, FL - St. Lucie County. All positions are on site. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Child Care Worker I provides safety, security, nurturance, and supervision to adolescent girls/boys living in a residential facility. Develops a therapeutic relationship with staff that will enhance teamwork and the quality of the work environment and assists in the implementation of the organization’s mission, goals, and objective. This is a full time or part time position.

Child Care Worker II provides support to the supervisor with the team while ensuring safety, security, nurturance, and supervision to adolescent girls/boys living in a residential facility. Develops a therapeutic relationship with staff that will enhance teamwork and the quality of the work environment and assists in the implementation of the organization’s mission, goals, and objective. This is a full time or part time position.

Case Coordinator This is a hands-on role, the Case Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing cases related to behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and social work. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, excel in relationship management, and possess expertise in program development. This is a full time position.

Conditions of Employment:

Full-time workweek consists of a rotating shift, all days of the week, for thirty (30) to forty (40) hours per week.
Available shifts 10 hours, 12 hours , and 14 hours.
Substitute position is part-time, covering for full-time staff on leave.
Some travel required for children's appointment and activities.
Work is normally performed in the residential home environment.
